Kelly J. Pare
Mr. Pare joined Costello, Cooney & Fearon, PLLC, in March of 2019. His practice is primarily focused within the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial law practice groups, with an emphasis on Construction Law, Municipal Litigation and the General Defense of Insureds. Kelly routinely represents municipalities, land developers, individuals, and businesses, both large and small, in civil lawsuits venued throughout New York State.

Stacy A. Marris
Ms. Marris joined Costello, Cooney & Fearon, PLLC, in March of 2020. She practices primarily in the firm’s Municipal Law practice group, with an emphasis in Environmental Law and Zoning, Land Use and Development. Stacy also works with the firm’s litigation practice, and with the firm’s Regulated Industries clients.
