Creditors’ Rights, Financial Institution Compliance & Bankruptcy Attorney
Costello, Cooney & Fearon, PLLC, a preeminent Upstate New York firm, is seeking an attorney to join its Creditors’ Rights, Financial Institution Compliance & Bankruptcy Practice Group for its Syracuse office. Candidates should be willing to handle a broad range of creditors’ rights and bankruptcy matters, including motion practice, transactions, and foreclosures. Experience in creditors’ rights and bankruptcy is preferred, though not required. A competitive compensation and benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate.
