Kelly J. Pare

Kelly J. Pare is an attorney at Costello, Cooney & Fearon. He started his tenure with the Firm in 2019.

Mr. Pare’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation and trial law, with an emphasis on construction law, commercial litigation, municipal litigation, and the general defense of insureds. He routinely represents municipalities, land developers, individuals, and businesses, both large and small, in civil lawsuits venued throughout New York State. Kelly has successfully tried several cases to jury and bench verdicts in Federal, State, and local courts.
