Daniel R. Rose is a Partner at Costello, Cooney & Fearon. He started his career with the Firm in 2013.
Dan has built a practice primarily in civil litigation with an emphasis on professional liability, errors and omissions liability, and commercial litigation. He has an extensive background in successfully defending fellow attorneys, as well as insurance agents and professionals, real estate agents, engineers, and construction professionals in both State and Federal court. Dan also routinely represents real estate developers and organizations, commercial landlords and property managers, and other business owners in various legal matters, often focusing on providing strategic dispute resolution with minimal exposure to his clients.
Prior to joining the Firm, Dan clerked for two years at the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Judicial Department in Rochester, where he worked closely with the judges and other clerks on both criminal and civil appeals.
