Christopher M. Militello is a Partner at Costello, Cooney & Fearon. He began his tenure at the Firm in 2017.
In his role at the Firm, Chris provides counsel to clients on labor and employment issues, education law and school-related matters, and representation for clients in litigation related to each of these practice areas. An experienced labor and employment law attorney, Chris provides representation and strategy in employment-related litigation, including administrative proceedings before the New York State Division of Human Rights, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Public Employment Relations Board (PERB), and the New York State Commissioner of Education. Chris represents public and private sector employers in the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and related labor matters and also provides counsel to school districts and BOCES on labor and education law matters.
Chris is the head of the Firm’s Labor and Employment Department. He is also a Certified Title IX investigator.
